Description
The combined gas valve Baltur VR4615VB1006, art: 0005090257 is used in automated gas supply regulation and control systems in gas burners and boilers. It provides safety functions, quickly and hermetically shutting off the gas pipeline. Suitable for installations with a medium pressure ≤ 60 mbar. It is characterized by high throughput and speed.
Features and main parameters:
- combined device with two shut-off solenoid valves of class B + C according to EN161;
- fast closing of valves (≤ 1 sec.) to ensure safe operation of the burner;
- fast opening (≤ 1 sec.) with a built-in gas:air ratio regulator 1:1;
- model with high throughput;
- for direct ignition systems;
- hermetic connection using Rp 1/2" thread;
- power supply parameters: 230 V, -15%, +10%;
- places for connecting additional devices;
- servo regulator with a pressure relief valve;
- reliable housing made of cast aluminum alloy;
- dust and moisture protection of the housing class IP40;
- installation of a non-removable mesh filter at the inlet flow to protect the valves from damage;
- various (free) points for connecting pressure measuring devices;
- easy access to the adjustment unit;
- stable operation at ambient temperatures 0...+70°C;
- possibility of replacing the solenoid coil in the field;
- separate output filter;
- declared resource – 500 thousand operations.
