The Brabo Star 60 diesel fuel pump, art: ACTP60, is used in diesel fuel pumping and dispensing systems. It operates from a 220 V power supply and does not require shutdown for engine cooling. The performance reaches 60 l/min, the head – 25 m, the suction height – 5 m, which is optimal for organizing private refueling stations.
Design and features
Brabo Star 60 is a self-priming vane pump. It is equipped with a bypass valve that protects the device from water hammer when the gun is temporarily closed. The pump can be used in fuel dispensing equipment with any type of gun (manual/automatic). The maximum operating time in bypass mode is 3 minutes.
The pump is protected from overheating and can be operated continuously without time limits. It is equipped with a 2-position switch and a filter that retains coarse dirt particles, which extends the life of the device.
For connection to the power supply, the pump is equipped with a 2-meter cable. Replaceable vanes are designed for 2 years of operation. The noise level during pump operation does not exceed 75 dB. Rp 1" threaded connections are provided at the inlet and outlet for fuel hoses.
The design is designed to operate in a wide range of ambient temperatures, from -25 to +40 °C. A high degree of dust and moisture protection (IP 55 class) allows the equipment to be operated outdoors.
