Description
The Brahma EG12*AP*AFD 7 13877701 gas solenoid valve is used in control systems for supplying gas to industrial or domestic single-stage burners. It complies with Class A of EN161 standard. It is designed for a maximum pressure of 500 mbar in the gas distribution network and a maximum flow rate of 7.5 m3/h. The Brahma EG12* normally closed valve is assembled in a cast aluminum housing, which protects the device from mechanical and thermal effects. It complies with the IP65 dust and moisture protection standard and can be operated in indoor and outdoor environments at ambient temperatures of -10...+60°C.
A wire mesh filter is mounted at the inlet (located on the left) of the flow to clean the gas from foreign inclusions larger than 1 mm.
The gas valve is connected to an AC network, but thanks to the built-in rectifier circuit, it operates on DC, which ensures silent operation of the device.

Installation
Brahma EG12 gas solenoid valves must be installed only by qualified specialists. The arrow on the housing must be directed towards the burner. It is prohibited to allow dirt to enter the housing, exceed the permissible pressure in the gas pipeline, or overtighten during installation.
