Description
The CIB Unigas SQN72.6A4B20BC actuator is designed to equip the automatic air flow control system when operating an industrial burner. It is responsible for moving the damper to the necessary angle to achieve the optimal composition of the combustible mixture, complete combustion with maximum efficiency. The actuator operates under the control of furnace automation.
Main parameters and features
The reversible synchronous motor operates from a 230 V network (permissible fluctuations -15%, +10%). It is protected against blocking. The gearbox is disconnected manually. The opening angle of the damper is adjustable in the range of 0-130º. Maximum value: 160º. The drive moves the damper by 90º in 30 seconds.
For convenient monitoring of the damper position, a position indicator is provided. Parameters are set using adjustable cams.
The actuator operates stably at ambient air temperatures of -20…+60 °C. Assembled in a shockproof, heat-resistant plastic case. The shaft is made of stainless steel. Electrical contacts are protected against dust/ moisture in accordance with IP 54 standards.
The toothed working mechanism is treated with long-acting lubricant and does not require additional maintenance during operation. Limit and auxiliary switches are provided.
Advantages:
- accurate movement of the air damper taking into account the setting;
- durable working unit that does not require maintenance;
- protection against blocking;
- ease of installation and adjustment;
- stable operation in a wide temperature range;
- reliable electrical protection.
The actuator is used to equip Cib Unigas, FBR, Lamborghini, Ecoflame and other manufacturers' burners.
