Description
The Cofi TRS820P/6 ignition transformer operates in an intermittent cycle. Suitable for a wide range of applications. Increases the voltage from 110 V to 8 kV for further supply to the ignition electrode and ignition of fuel by a high-voltage spark discharge. It is characterized by compactness, mounting versatility, a high degree of thermal and electrical insulation.
Design
The Cofi TRS transformer is assembled in a plastic case resistant to impact and temperature effects. Made from reliable materials in accordance with CEI EN 61558-2-3. The insulation heat resistance class H ensures the stability of the secondary winding to a temperature of up to +180°C. Polyester film with high dielectric permeability and epoxy resin resistant to heating above +180°C are used to protect the components. These materials provide a surface cleanliness comparable to metal.
In terms of dust and moisture protection, the transformer corresponds to class IP 00. One output is provided for connecting the ignition cable. Mounting is carried out using screws.
TRS series ignition transformers are manufactured in accordance with European safety and reliability standards and have been tested at the factory.
