The Dungs MB-ZRDLE 410 B01 S52 gas multi-block is a multifunctional device for two-stage gas pressure regulation and control. A successful arrangement of elements has reduced the length of the gas line. Thanks to its reliable design, energy efficiency and durability, the gas regulator unit is widely used in burners of various purposes.
Device
The gas line implemented in a single design includes: a standard filter, two electromagnetic valves (one/two stages), a regulator and a pressure relay. Threaded flanges and connectors are required to install the multi-block.
Main characteristics
* The multi-block (article number 226169) is designed to work with gases of families 1-3 and a neutral medium.
* Inlet/outlet/limit pressure – 15-360 / 4-50 / 360 mbar.
* Limit operating temperatures: -15, +70 °C (for natural gas). The use of the multi-block at negative temperatures is prohibited in liquefied gas systems.
Features
The gas flow is cleaned at the entrance to the module, freeing it from foreign impurities. Mechanical particles can cause a malfunction in the gas equipment, disrupt the tightness of the multi-block.
The sensor-relay mounted on the housing monitors the minimum level of incoming gas pressure.
The regulator is factory-set and provides stabilization of the output pressure. Basic settings can be changed over a wide range, from 4 to 50 mbar, when connecting the burner to the heating boiler.
The valves have separate control, close quickly. Opening the 2nd valve is gradual, so that the gas supply is smooth. The opening speed and the stage of fast rise can be adjusted according to needs.
The Dungs gas multi-block confidently operates in conditions of dust and moisture, the class of electrical protection meets the IP54 standard.
Installation and operation
The compact module is fixed with Rp 3/4 – 1 ¼ inch flanges. Installation is carried out in a gas pipeline of any configuration (see installation instructions).
For maximum protection of automation, it is recommended to install a separate filter in front of the multi-block. The built-in mesh must be systematically replaced with a new one to prevent clogging of the valves.
