Description
The Dungs MBE-065-VR/ PS 50-200 gas multi-block, art: 712303, is used to automate gas supply to industrial gas burners. It reliably shuts off the flow, eliminates leaks, regulates pressure, and ensures safe and efficient operation of the gas installation. It combines two shut-off safety valves and two electronic actuators for controlling valve position and optional outlet pressure regulation in a compact housing. It is characterized by fast response, a high level of electrical protection, and reliable performance. Suitable for systems with gas pressure up to 700 mbar.

Mounting position
The multi-block can be installed in any position on vertical pipelines. When placed on a horizontal pipeline, the position of the actuators can be from vertically upwards to horizontal.
Working environment
Dungs MBE is used to work with gases of family 1, 2, 3, 100% hydrogen (dry), biogas, gas released during wastewater treatment (no more than 1.0 vol.% H2S). The multi-block must not be used to operate with liquefied gas at temperatures below 0 °C. The multifunctional device is only suitable for liquefied gas in the gaseous state. Liquid hydrocarbons can cause destruction of the sealing material.
