Description
The Dungs VPS 504 S02 leak control unit with a 24 V plug, art: 225481, is used to create a reliable valve check system for the safe operation of industrial gas burning installations. Certified according to European standard EN 1643. Does not require additional adjustments during installation. Designed for gas pipeline pressure up to 500 mbar. The leak tightness of multifunctional solenoid valves is checked by pressurizing the space between the valves. When unacceptable leaks are detected, a lock-out occurs, and the gas supply to the burner stops.

Working environment
The valve leak control system is used for installations operating with gases of families 1-3, gas obtained from wastewater treatment, organic waste processing and biogas (dry, H2S< 0.1% volume). It is prohibited to use for gas containing more than 60% butane.
Application
The VPS leak control unit checks the condition of DMV solenoid valves, Dungs universal gas blocks. Leak testing is performed before the burner starts, during pre-purging, or after the heat supply is completed.
