Ecoflam GT-D1-MBDLE412-RP32-350-500 Gas Ramp

The Ecoflam GT-D1-MBDLE412-RP32-350-500 gas ramp, art: 3142295 – is a compact gas line with a wide range of functions. It is responsible for maintaining stable gas pressure, taking into account the setting, regulating the flow rate, hermetically shutting off the gas pipeline, and ensuring the safe operation of the gas installation. It is used to equip gas supply automatic control systems. Due to the slowed opening of the main valve, it provides a smooth ignition. It is designed for a pressure in the gas pipeline of up to 200 mbar.

Main elements of the gas ramp

The compact gas line combines the following devices:

• inlet flow filter;
• relay controlling sufficient gas pressure at the inlet for ignition and stable combustion;
• two automatic shut-off valves (safety and regulating);
• outlet pressure regulator.

The gas armature is equipped with a compact cast aluminum alloy housing. Materials of working parts and seals: steel, brass, aluminum, siloprene, NBR rubber.

The gas ramp is designed for installation on a fan gas or combined burner.
