The Ecoflam MAX GAS 105 LN P TC HT TW CV gas burner, art: 3144392 is used in low-power industrial boilers for clean gas combustion with maximum thermal efficiency. It stands out in the line with a number of advantages, including a Low NOx combustion system, continuous ventilation function, high-temperature version and equipped with a new Thermowatt control unit.

Features
The monobloc forced-draft burner is fully automated. Equipped with a powerful new generation fan to supply combustion air. The forced-draft system provides stable flame combustion in furnaces of any type, including those with high back pressure. Thanks to the continuous ventilation function, the burner is suitable for special applications (CV marking).
The well-thought-out ergonomic design is characterized by compact dimensions, ease of operation and maintenance. Noise level optimization (65 dB) is ensured by a special design of the air intake circuit, fan blades and sound-absorbing material of the air duct.
The burner can be used for high-temperature operation (HT modification). Adapted for supplying hot air to combustion chambers (up to +200 °C), which reduces energy costs and significantly increases efficiency.
The short 140 mm flame head is easy to assemble, adjustable in installation depth, allowing for accurate placement of the burner in furnaces of different designs. A hinged flange is provided for quick access to it.
A separate gas ramp is fixed to the burner body on a Rp ¾" threaded connection. When choosing a ramp, it is necessary to consider the incoming gas pressure.
Placement
The gas burner is installed in clean, dry, ventilated rooms for complete gas combustion and safe operation. It is not allowed to place the burner near explosive substances, corrosive fumes, in places with a lot of dust or high humidity.

To switch to liquefied gas, a conversion kit must be purchased.
