Description
Industrial compact burner for clean and quiet gas combustion. In standard configuration, it burns natural gas; when using a conversion kit, it can operate on liquefied gas. It is used for equipping boilers and furnaces with a thermal power of up to 96 kW. Prepared for high-temperature operation, which allows for additional efficiency. Operates in a single-stage mode. Starts smoothly.
Standard combustion system
The Ecoflam MAX GAS 120 P TL HT gas burner, art: 3141237 burns gas with low emissions of nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere. Complies with Class III according to the environmental standards EN 676. NOx emissions < 80 mg/kW·h and may vary depending on the load of the heat generator, the size and configuration of the combustion chamber.
Features
- The burner is fully automated. The ARISTON E-BCU GAS control and safety unit monitors the sequence of all ignition and combustion stages, ensures the interaction of devices and components.
- The compact monoblock is equipped with a cast housing made of lightweight aluminum alloy. Supplied with a protective casing. Sound-absorbing materials are used to reduce noise levels.
- The integrated fan of the new generation serves for efficient air supply, fast ignition, and maintaining a stable flame in combustion chambers with low and high back pressure.
- The HT modification is prepared for operation as part of boilers with elevated temperature (maximum +200 °C) in the combustion chamber. Using hot air for combustion saves energy costs and significantly increases the efficiency of the burner and the entire thermal installation.
- The long 240 mm combustion head is adjustable in depth, allowing easy adaptation of the burner to boilers with different front wall thicknesses. For easy access to the head, the burner is equipped with a hinged flange.
- A separate gas ramp, assembled in a single unit, is easily attached to the burner housing using a threaded Rp 1/2" connection. Selected based on the incoming gas pressure.
Operating conditions
Ecoflam MAX GAS burners operate stably at ambient temperatures of -10...+60 °C (the temperature range is much wider than that of analogues). Installed in dry, ventilated rooms to ensure safe combustion conditions. There should be no corrosive fumes, explosive substances, or dust accumulations near the burner.
Main advantages:
- low emissions of harmful substances, high environmental class;
- powerful fan, stable flame in any furnaces;
- compatibility with different boiler and heat generator designs;
- increased efficiency when using hot air for combustion;
- low noise level (65 dB);
- equipped with a hinged flange for quick access to the serviceable node.
