Ecoflam MAX GAS 170 P TC HT CV TW gas burner

The gas burner combines a number of advantages of the MAX GAS series, including high-temperature design, continuous ventilation function, and equipping with a new THERMOWATT control unit, which contributes to more efficient and comfortable operation. The power is regulated in a single-stage mode in the range of 55-170 kW.

Main parameters:

• working environment: natural gas, propane (when equipped with a tuning kit);
• gas input pressure: 12-360 mbar (from 30 mbar for propane);
• application in boilers and heaters with a capacity of up to 140 kW;
• dust and moisture protection level of electrical contacts: IP40;
• stable operation in temperatures from -10...+60 °C.

Combustion system

The shape of the flame head is designed for complete gas combustion, preventing chemical underburning of the fuel, minimizing NOx emissions when operating at any power level.

Efficient forced draft

A fan is built into the housing for forced air draft, optimal mixture formation, maintaining a stable flame without pulsations in combustion chambers of various types (counter pressure 0-5 mbar). The burner has a continuous ventilation function for special applications (CV marking).

High-temperature design

The HT-type burner is adapted for high-temperature operation. Suitable for boilers with an increased temperature in the combustion chamber (maximum t +200 °C). Using hot air for combustion reduces energy consumption and increases the efficiency of the heater.

Automation of functions

The Ecoflam MAX GAS 170 P TC HT CV TW gas burner, art: 3146741 operates in a fully automated mode. Equipped with a new THERMOWATT control unit for simplified configuration, operation, and improved user interaction. The automation blocks the burner when malfunctions are detected, and controls the operation of connected devices. It is protected against excessively low/high voltage.

Adjustable head

By adjusting the flame head, the burner is precisely positioned in boilers of various designs, ensuring efficient and safe combustion.

Construction

The compact monoblock is assembled in a housing made of a cast aluminum alloy, protected by an ergonomic housing. Sound-insulating materials are used to reduce noise levels.

The gas ramp with the necessary devices is fixed to the burner housing on a threaded connection. It is selected taking into account the gas input pressure.

A hinged flange is provided in the design for quick access to the combustion head. Installation is facilitated by the ability to suspend the burner on a single mounting bolt.
