The Ecoflam MAX GAS 350 PAB TL gas burner, art: 3142286 is equipped with a long flame head and a powerful fan for efficient overpressure. Operates in a 2-stage mode in the range of 100-350 kW. Starts smoothly.

Application

The burner is used for burning natural and liquefied gas (when using a conversion kit for propane) as part of industrial water heaters, steam boilers, heat generators, furnaces, drying chambers and other technological equipment with a thermal power of up to 280 kW. Compatible with various types of boilers (cast iron, steel) with different front wall thicknesses, meeting the standards of EN 303, DIN 4794 or DIN 30697.

• The monoblock burner is assembled in a compact housing cast from a lightweight aluminum alloy. Thanks to the compact design, it does not require significant space during installation.
• The burner is controlled by an automation unit. The burner control unit is protected from excessively low and high voltage.
• Air for combustion is supplied by a powerful fan of the latest generation (HPV), which allows the burner to be installed in heat generators with high back pressure in the combustion chamber.
• The combustion head is adjustable, allowing maximum compatibility of the burner with boilers of different designs.
• A separate gas ramp, purchased separately, is easily fixed to the burner housing on a threaded connection.
• Due to the special design of the combustion head, the burner burns gas with low emissions of harmful substances. Eliminates fuel misfire and burner overheating.
• The design is equipped with a mounting bolt, by which the burner can be attached to a special hook in the optimal position. For servicing, it is not necessary to dismantle the burner from the boiler. The hinged flange provides quick access to the serviceable node.

Working room

Gas burners of the MAX GAS series are not suitable for placement in rooms with a lot of dust, high humidity, and aggressive substances. The boiler room must be well ventilated for the safe operation of the gas installation.
