Elco MB-ZRDLE 407 B01 S20 Gas Multiblock

The Elco MB-ZRDLE 407 B01 S20 gas multi-block, art: 13010071, guarantees reliable and stable operation of industrial equipment at an inlet gas pressure of up to 360 mbar. It automatically regulates pressure, maintaining it at a set level, hermetically shuts off the flow, and provides smooth burner ignition. Suitable for working with gases of group 1-3 and other neutral media.

The MB-ZRDLE multi-block consists of a preliminary filter with a fine mesh, an adjustable minimum pressure relay, a safety valve with fast opening/closing, a main valve with fast closing and adjustable slow opening, and a pressure regulator. The body of the combined unit is made of cast aluminum, and the components and seals are made of steel, brass, aluminum, NBR rubber, and siloprene. A G1/8" port is provided for pressure measurements. An optional valve leakage control unit is available.

• electric valves of class A according to EN 161 with joint control;
• protection of electrical components against dust/splashes of class IP 54;
• closing time of both valves and opening of valve V1 < 1 sec.;
• gradual adjustable opening of the 2nd valve;
• on request – equipped with a gas valve leakage control unit;
• throttle for regulating the main flow;
• ambient temperatures: -15...+70°C (for liquefied gas t > 0°C);
• possibility of installing a K01/1 type end contact on valve V2;
• mounting in horizontal, vertical, intermediate position with magnet upwards;
• Rp 1/2", Rp ¾" threaded holes for integration into the system.

Elco MB-ZRDLE gas multi-blocks must be equipped with mounting flanges and plugs for electrical connection.
