Description
The Elco MVDLE 2080 gas electromagnetic valve, art: 13021214 is designed for use as a shut-off and control device in a gas flow control system. It quickly and safely shuts off the gas supply to the burner, limits the flow rate, and promotes smooth ignition. Suitable for gas installations with a pressure of up to 200 mbar.
Features of Elco MVDLE
The gas valve is a normally closed, single-stage device of class A group 2 according to EN 161. It closes quickly (response time < 1 sec.), opens slowly. The opening time is adjustable. It is possible to set the main gas flow rate using a throttle.
Design and main parameters:
- compact housing made of cast aluminum, components made of stainless steel, brass;
- protection of the coil and electrical components against dust and splashing from any side according to IP54 standard (IP 65 protection option available upon request);
- use in systems with pressure in the pipeline up to 200 mbar;
- reliable mounting with DN 80 flanges;
- wear-resistant saddle seals based on NBR rubber, suitable for gases according to G260/l and low-temperature operation;
- locations for connecting pressure control devices;
- effective protection against radio interference;
- flow cleaning at the inlet to the valve with a built-in stainless steel mesh (1 mm holes);
- installation in a system with a vertically or horizontally positioned magnet;
- automatic shut-off of flow in case of voltage loss, gas supply failures;
- installation of additional devices (if necessary);
- electrical connection – through a plug connector according to EN 175301-803;
- possibility of installing a limit switch to indicate the "closed" position;
- operating temperature range: -15...+60 °C.
Working environment and scope of application
Single-stage MVDLE electromagnetic valves are integrated into large industrial installations operating on gases of families I-III (natural, city, liquefied gas, only in gaseous form), air, neutral gases. Compact dimensions and universal connection sizes allow the valves to be installed in burners from most manufacturers, including Buderus, Lamborghini, Elco, Wieshaupt, Baltur, Cuenod, Ecoflam and others.
