The maximum pressure limiter is an adjustable device. It is adjustable in the range of 2.5-50 mbar. The function of the sensor is to turn on/off or switch an electrical circuit when set trigger parameters are reached. The sensor is equipped with an adjustment disk with digital markings on the top of the housing for adjustment.

The sensor-relay is assembled in an impact-resistant housing with a cast aluminum base and a gas-tight polyamide cover. The sensitive element that reacts to pressure changes is a wear-resistant diaphragm made of butadiene-nitrile rubber.

The switching parameters are easily adjustable by rotating the wheel at the top of the device, which is protected by a transparent plastic cover. Electrical contacts are protected from dust/moisture. A DIN connector is used for electrical connection. A signal lamp indicates the transition of the relay to blocking mode. A reset button is provided to exit it.

The sensor is fixed to the gas valve using screws or an adapter.

Scope of application

The air and neutral gas pressure switch is used to equip industrial burner units, ventilation systems, air conditioning units with a working medium pressure not exceeding 500 mbar.
