Description
The industrial burner is designed for burning natural gas and propane. It operates in a smooth two-stage mode in the range of 160-800 kW. A more efficient modulating mode is available with appropriate retrofitting. The use of a proportional gas and air control system when forming the combustible mixture guarantees stable combustion, constantly high CO2 content during operation at any power.
High-tech design
The Elco VG5.750 DP gas burner, art: 3837028 is developed on the basis of progressive technologies and systems, including:
- a proportional control system for the components of the gas-air mixture (AGP);
- microprocessor technology for high accuracy of control and monitoring of combustion;
- intelligent MDE2 system with a display for easy communication;
- RTC system for saving the settings of the burner head;
- acoustic comfort system to minimize noise levels (Low Noise).
Construction and design
The gas burner is assembled in a compact cubic housing, which simplifies installation and saves working space. The rational arrangement of structural elements facilitates access for adjustment and maintenance. The housing is made of an aluminum alloy, equipped with an ergonomic plastic casing that reduces noise levels. Additionally, sound-insulating materials and components that produce minimal noise are used in the design.

Application
Italian Elco gas burners are used to equip industrial heating boilers, water heaters, steam generators, thermal generators, drying chambers and other technological equipment that meets the standards of EN 303, DIN479 DIN 30697. The maximum power of the thermal installation is 640 kW.
Completeness
The model is supplied without a gas ramp and a combustion head. All necessary components for the burner can be purchased separately.
