Description
The Fluidics 12-W1-650/60° nozzle is responsible for efficient, uniform spraying of liquid fuel to obtain a homogeneous mixture with air. It is equipped with a needle valve for smooth flow rate adjustment. Compatible with industrial burners consuming up to 650 kg/h of fuel. The nozzle design is designed for intensive operation, high pressure.
Installation location
The nozzle is used to assemble the spray unit of high-pressure modulating burners, burning fuel oil, oil, diesel fuel.
Design and features
The nozzle sprays fuel with a uniform cone-shaped stream at 60°. The needle valve serves to regulate the flow rate and power of the burner. A stainless steel mesh filter is located at the inlet of the flow to clean the flow from contaminants. The nozzle is fixed to the burner using a universal threaded connection. A mounting protrusion is provided for tightening with a wrench. The nozzle body and structural elements are made of materials resistant to corrosion, wear, and high temperatures.
Fluidics W series nozzles have passed the necessary tests and trials. Used in industrial liquid fuel burners with a modulating mode.
