Design features

The working part of the mobile separator consists of 2 cylindrical filtering containers with an electric pump.
For ease of operation on each container the following are installed:
- a valve for removing air at the beginning of operation;
- a nozzle for blowing the filter with compressed air;
- a branch pipe for checking the quality of filtration;
- a pressure gauge signaling increased pressure about cartridge contamination.
Principle of operation and warranty
The diesel and gasoline purification separator is powered by an electric motor with a power supply of 220/380 volts. Under the action of a self-priming pump, the fuel passes through the first flask, cleaning it from debris larger than 50 microns. In the second flask, final filtration with a depth of 15 microns and separation of water particles up to 93% purity occur.
The manufacturer guarantees the trouble-free operation of the separator for 2 years.
