Gespasa Compact 100K-60 230 refueling column (60 users)

The Gespasa Compact 100K-230 refueling column (60 users) is designed for efficient dispensing and simultaneous control of diesel fuel, with access via electronic keys or PIN codes. The mini gas station consists of a dispensing unit and a GK-7 controller. The performance reaches 70-80 l/min. 

Design and features

• The suspended Gespasa Compact refueling column is equipped with a modern compact housing with a built-in controller. Access to the column is restricted to a limited number of people (60 users).
• The GK-7 controller allows you to send data to the cloud storage and remotely monitor using the Internet.
• High-grade cast iron, treated with a durable anti-corrosion compound, was used to manufacture the body of the fuel dispensing unit. The working vanes are resistant to wear and tear and intense loads, designed for 2 years of operation, after which they will need to be replaced. 
• The self-priming pump runs on a 220 Volt power supply and can be operated continuously. Effective overheating protection is provided.
• The bypass valve in the pump design ensures fuel circulation when the flow is blocked by the gun with the engine on. The bypass device protects the equipment from overpressure and extends its service life. The bypass mode is limited to two to three minutes. 
• The dispensing gun is equipped with a swivel coupling to protect the hose from twisting. The curved nozzle of the gun has a special spring, which allows you to lock the fuel tap in the car's tank. 
• The automatic drip stop interrupts the fuel supply when the tank is full, which contributes to safe operation, prevents fuel spills and makes the refueling process more comfortable.
• The electronic meter counts the volume in each operation and the total fuel consumption. The error does not exceed 0.5%. The calibration function allows you to adjust the accuracy of the instrument during operation.
• The kit includes a long dispensing hose (4 m) for convenient refueling of large-sized equipment. 
• On the front of the Gespasa panel art. 28650-CF00000 Compact 100K-230 (60 users) there is a display with buttons for entering data. 
• The column housing is made according to the IP55 electrical protection standard, which allows the mini gas station to be operated in outdoor conditions. Operating temperature range: from 0 to +40 °C.
