Description
The Gespasa Compact 50K-130 12V fuel dispensing column is an independent mini gas station for dispensing diesel fuel in any location. Power supply from a 12V car battery allows the column to be installed on a fuel truck and used for mobile operation. The performance reaches 50 l/min, and the head – 10 meters. The column has a function of programming dispensing limits and access control using codes and electronic keys.
Device and features
- The fuel dispensing column is equipped with an ergonomic metal body, the surfaces of which are painted with a durable anti-corrosion paint. The mini-gas station can be installed anywhere, used in open areas. The dust and moisture protection class meets the IP55 standard.
- The independent autonomous module operates from a 12-volt battery, which ensures high mobility.
- The self-priming vane pump operates in a cyclic mode. After 30 minutes of operation, it requires a break for cooling. The pump is equipped with a bypass valve, responsible for circulating the liquid inside the system when the gun is closed.
- The column is supplied with an electronic meter, providing high accuracy of accounting (measurement error is not more than 0.5%). With the help of the meter, you can track each individual operation and keep records of the total amount of fuel distributed. The calibration function allows you to independently increase the accuracy of the device after repeated use.
- The column is designed for 130 users. Software is included for installation on a single workstation. Data on refueling operations is transmitted via a wired connection or GSM communication, GPRS.
- The mini-gas station includes a 4-meter dispensing hose with a diameter of 3/4 inch, an automatic gun with a swivel coupling. The suction hose is purchased separately.
