Gespasa Compact 50K-60 12 refueling column

The Gespasa Compact 50K-60 12V fuel dispensing column is designed for internal distribution of diesel fuel to a specific circle of consumers. A feature of the "K" series models is the ability to program a specific dose of kerosene and restrict access to the column using codes or electronic keys. Operation from a 12-volt car battery allows the refueling module to be installed on a fuel truck. Maximum performance is 45-50 l/min.

• The refueling column is equipped with everything necessary for dispensing, accounting and controlling the distribution of fuel. Equipped with a Compact 50K controller with a heating board for 60 users and specialized software for loading onto a single workstation (PC).
• In a compact, ergonomic metal case, protected by an anti-corrosion coating, there is a self-priming vane pump with power from a 12 V network. Regular engine cooling is required for long-term equipment operation. After every 30 minutes of continuous use – stop for one hour.
• The pump design provides a bypass valve that activates when the fuel flow is temporarily blocked by the gun, allowing the liquid to circulate inside the system, eliminating the possibility of hydraulic shock and equipment failure.
• The Gespasa Compact 50K-60 12V fuel dispensing column, art. 28580-CF00000 is equipped with a precise electronic meter with resettable and cumulative shakers, allowing you to keep records of each dispensing and track total fuel consumption. The error of the device does not exceed 0.5%. The flow meter can be calibrated independently during operation using the appropriate function, which allows maintaining high measurement accuracy throughout the entire service life of the counting device.
• Outside the dispensing module there are suction (purchased separately) and dispensing hoses (length 4 meters, diameter ¾ inch) and a gun with an automatic drip stop for convenient and neat dispensing of fuel. The crane design provides a swivel coupling, which eliminates twisting and bending of the hose and contributes to its long service life.
• The electrical components of the column are isolated from external influences in accordance with IP 55 standard.
• The key-card or code dispensing system provides ease of use of the column, does not require operator participation and prevents unauthorized access to fuel.
• The mini gas station can be installed anywhere. It is recommended to operate the column at a temperature of -10 to +40 °C.
