Gespasa Compact 75K-60 230 Fuel Dispenser

The Gespasa Compact 75K-60 230V fuel dispensing column is a modern system for dispensing diesel fuel to a specific group of users. It operates from a standard 220 Volt household outlet. The performance reaches 70-80 l/min, which, combined with an unlimited duty cycle, allows for the distribution of significant fuel volumes. The column includes an electronic meter with high measurement accuracy (99.5%). 

Design and features 

• The column is housed in a metal compact case that protects the internal components from mechanical damage, moisture and dust.  The degree of electrical protection meets the IP55 standard. The mini-gas station can be installed in open areas. The security of the equipment is ensured by a lockable door. 
• The dispensing unit includes a powerful professional self-priming pump with a relief valve. When the gun is closed, the fuel begins to circulate inside the system, eliminating the formation of overpressure and the risk of equipment failure.
• The self-ventilated engine is highly wear-resistant and can be operated continuously without the risk of overheating. The fuel dispensing module draws liquid from a depth of up to 5 meters and provides delivery up to 15 meters.
• The fuel dispensing unit is equipped with a gun with an automatic drip stop and a swivel coupling to prevent twisting of the dispensing hose. A 4-meter pressure hose is included in the delivery set. The suction hose is purchased separately, taking into account the features of operation. 
• To track dispensing volumes, the refueling module is equipped with a meter with two accounting scales: cumulative and resettable to control total consumption and monitor each specific operation. The error is up to 0.5%. The calibration function allows maintaining the manufacturer's stated accuracy throughout the entire service life of the flow meter.
• The automatic drip stop prevents diesel spillage. When the tank is full, the supply is cut off.
• The column can be used in a wide temperature range, from -10 to +40 degrees, and installed in any convenient location.
• Users who have received a password or access card can independently refuel equipment tanks within the allocated limits.
