The Gespasa Compact 90K-60 12V fuel pump allows you to program diesel fuel dispensing limits and control access to dispensing using codes and keys. The advantage of this model is its autonomous operation. The gas station operates from a 12-volt car battery and can be installed directly on a fuel truck to refuel equipment anywhere. The model's performance is 70-80 l/min. The module is equipped with an electronic meter and an automatic nozzle.
Device and features
- The fuel pump is assembled in an ergonomic closed housing. The degree of electrical protection is IP55. Metal surfaces are coated with an anti-corrosion compound, which prevents rust.
- The column is installed in any convenient place, including a fuel truck. The autonomous mini gas station operates from a 12-volt battery, which contributes to the mobility of the equipment. The engine is designed for continuous 30-minute operation, after which it requires breaks for cooling (for 1 hour).
- The self-priming vane pump is equipped with a bypass valve that activates when the flow is cut off by the nozzle. Fuel begins to circulate inside the system, eliminating the occurrence of hydraulic shock.
- The column includes a high-precision electronic meter with two accounting scales: resettable and cumulative. During operation, the flow meter can be calibrated independently using the appropriate function.
- This column provides access for 60 users using cards or keys, and also allows you to program dispensing doses for each vehicle. The kit includes software for installation on one computer. A wired connection or GSM communication, GPRS, is used to transmit data to a remote device.
- The mini gas station is equipped with a 4-meter dispensing hose and an automatic nozzle with a swivel coupling. The suction hose can be purchased separately, taking into account operating conditions.
