The EPA 50 Ex 220V compact refueling unit with fuel filtration is designed for refueling airplanes and helicopters. It is also used in yacht clubs. It works with several types of fuel: aviation (AVGAS), kerosene, gasoline, diesel fuel.
Key features of the model
- Due to the installed fine filter, the fuel is cleaned directly during pumping. Water is removed almost completely, up to 99.9%. The filter-separator has a high degree of filtration (1 micron) and a built-in contamination sensor. It was specifically designed to clean aviation fuel from foreign matter and water.
- Operation from a standard 220-volt network ensures a long operating cycle. Considering the pump performance, which is up to 50 l/min, it is confidently guaranteed a fast and comfortable refueling.
- Compact dimensions allow the unit to be placed on board even a very small aircraft. The column is mobile due to its low weight of 38 kg.
Working with explosive fuels is possible thanks to the explosion-proof design of the column (EX), as well as the presence of a grounding cable. Continuous operation is possible at an ambient temperature of -30 to +45°C.

Completeness
The EPA 50 Ex 220V refueling unit will ensure the quick refueling of equipment simultaneously with fuel filtration thanks to a reasonable configuration. The fuel dispensing module includes:
- Self-priming vane-type electric pump (220 V power supply).
- Automatic pistol PA-80, which will shut off the fuel supply when the tank is full, and the installed bypass valve will allow the pump to circulate fuel inside itself for some time.
- The kit includes supply and suction hoses 4 m long each and 19 mm (3/4 inch) in diameter.
All working units are mounted inside a metal transport frame, inside which the sleeves are also placed after work is completed.
