Description
The FG-700 high-performance separator for diesel fuel purification from Gespasa is designed for pumping and filtering gasoline, kerosene, diesel and aviation fuel. Maximum performance – 700 l/min.
Design features
Filtration is carried out by two filters with a water separation function of up to 93% each. The depth of purification is 50 and 15 microns.
The filters are connected in parallel and have a single inlet and outlet with a diameter of 3 inches (75mm). The complete set is mounted on a special platform. This simplifies and speeds up installation at the place of use.
Each filter is equipped with a pressure gauge to measure pressure, a contamination sensor and a valve for draining sediment from the flask.
There is a possibility of air cleaning of filters without dismantling, for this there are special outlets for connecting hoses with air.
The designers took care of special taps on the filters for taking samples.
The resource of replaceable cartridges is maximum, 1 million liters of fuel.
Limitations: the pressure should not exceed 6 Bar.
