Description

The Gespasa KIT EQUIPE SE-50 mini gas station, art: 55051, is a mobile refueling complex with a lockable metal cabinet to protect against unauthorized access and external influences. It is used to pump diesel fuel at a rate of up to 50 l/min. The column includes everything necessary for refueling operations and accounting for dispensed liters. A powerful pump with overheating protection and a high degree of dust and moisture protection allow the mini gas station to be used continuously and outdoors.

The Gespasa KIT EQUIPE SE-50 mini gas station is equipped with a metal lockable box, the surfaces of which are painted to protect against corrosion. It can be installed anywhere. The cabinet is locked with a key, excluding access for outsiders to fuel dispensing. The closed design and reliable components allow the column to be operated in temperatures from -30 to +45 °C.

The mobile gas station for diesel fuel includes a mechanical counter with two accounting scales to monitor each refueling and summarize the total amount of dispensed liters. The flow meter error does not exceed 1%. The calibration function allows you to independently adjust the accuracy of the instrument during operation.

The refueling station is connected to a 220 V network. Electrical components are protected against dust and moisture according to IP55 standard. The engine is equipped with an efficient thermal protection system for stable operation without the risk of overheating.

The self-priming fuel pump is equipped with a bypass valve, which prevents the risk of water hammer in case of flow interruption by the gun. The anti-vibration pump mount minimizes vibrations and shaking during operation.

Diesel fuel refueling complexes are equipped with a 4-meter high-pressure hose and a gun. The automatic drip stop eliminates fuel overflow when filling the tank and facilitates refueling operations. A suction hose and fuel filters for the mini gas station can be ordered additionally.
