A compact column that can be installed practically anywhere. The Gespasa S-50 12V mobile refueling station is developed by the well-known Spanish company Gespasa specifically for diesel fuel.
This is a budget-friendly option for a fueling station with 12V power supply. The column will provide a flow rate of up to 50 l/min and is undemanding to operating conditions.
Application area
The main feature of the refueling column of this model is the versatility of its installation, allowing you to fix the electric pump unit on almost any surface in a horizontal or vertical position, be it:
- the wall of a suitable room (construction trailer, fuel and lubricant warehouse, repair shop, etc.);
- the side of a fuel truck or other equipment;
- the body of a fuel storage tank, etc.
Ease of installation and maintenance makes this column an ideal solution for equipping a point of urgent refueling (topping up) of equipment and machinery at remote production facilities (farms, logging, construction sites, etc.). 12-volt power supply, necessary for the pump to operate, can be easily provided by any car.
Fueling station equipment
The refueling column is supplied in a minimal configuration:
- self-priming pump IRON 50 with a bypass valve;
- DC motor W 200 W;
- mechanical meter with a built-in stainless steel filter.
Upon customer request, the pumping station can be equipped with:
- suction hose (length on order);
- delivery hose (from 4 meters);
- refueling gun;
- fine filter.
The internal economic nature of the application of the refueling module is determined by the installed meter with an allowable error of 1%. Two accounting scales allow you to monitor:
- single volume of fuel dispensed - upper resettable, up to 999 liters;
- total amount of liquid pumped - lower cumulative, up to 999999 liters.
