Description
The Gespasa S-50 12V fuel pump + panel, designed for pumping diesel fuel, is manufactured by the well-known Spanish company Gespasa, which has been working in this field since 1974.
Application area
This pumping unit model is assembled on a metal painted panel with a special holder for the fuel nozzle. For convenient installation of the fuel pump, mounting holes are provided on the back of the panel.
Thus, the entire structure can be easily placed on any flat surface, such as the wall of a construction trailer or a tanker truck. Therefore, this column model is widely used to create mobile refueling stations at remote sites.
Completeness
The delivery set includes a metal panel, compactly accommodating:
- IRON 50 self-priming vane pump with a bypass valve;
- 12 V engine with short operating mode (a break is required after 30 minutes of operation);
- mechanical meter, accuracy - up to 1% of the dispensed fuel volume;
- coarse filter.
In addition to the basic set, an enterprise wishing to purchase the Gespasa S-50 12V + panel fuel pump for diesel fuel can order:
- suction hose (length on request);
- delivery hose (from 4 meters)
- fuel nozzle on a swivel fitting;
- fine filter (30 microns).
For convenient accounting of dispensed fuel, the mechanical meter has a dual accounting scale:
- The upper part, reset by turning a special handle, shows a single fuel dispensing up to 999 liters.
- The lower part - with 6 digits, accounts for the total amount of fuel pumped up to 999999 liters. Resetting is not provided.
Warranty
The Spanish manufacturer provides a 24-month warranty for the trouble-free operation of the fuel dispensing unit. But thanks to the quality workmanship, the Gespasa S-50 fuel pump confidently works even after the end of the warranty period.
