Description
The Gespasa S-50H mini petrol station powered by a 24V battery is a lightweight and compact refueling unit for pumping and dispensing diesel fuel with the possibility of mounting on a tank or barrel. It is characterized by a high flow rate (up to 50 liters of diesel per minute), good pressure and significant suction depth (up to 3 meters).
The mechanical flow meter included in the kit allows you to measure the dispensed fuel, but the data obtained can only be used for internal reporting purposes.
This station is inexpensive and very economical to operate, so any organization can afford to buy a mini petrol station to solve the problem of refueling its own equipment.
Powered by a 12V engine, self-ventilated with good dust protection.
The refueling unit is equipped with:
- a self-priming centrifugal electric pump with a self-ventilated 24V engine, a relief valve, a 352 micron steel filter and a switch with an indicator light;
- a mechanical meter with a heat-resistant measuring chamber and 2 scales. The upper one displays the fuel consumption per fill, and the lower, non-resettable one – the total fuel consumption;
- a high-pressure hose, double-layer, antistatic – 4 m;
- a suction hose, specifically designed for diesel fuel;
- a manual fuel tap, aluminum, with a swivel mechanism;
- 2 mounting brackets 23x35;
- an electric wire with clamps.
Advantages of the refueling unit and its scope of application
This unit is characterized by its small weight and compactness, so there will be no problems with its transportation and installation. It is easy to operate and provides a good fuel dispensing rate. The manufacturer guarantees its reliable operation for many years in any weather conditions. Another reason to buy a mini petrol station is the possibility of its operation in facilities where there is no electricity. Battery power allows it to be used in the field, for example, to refuel agricultural machinery or road construction machinery, as well as to organize a refueling point for boats and motor boats on a river or lake in a remote area.
