Description
The SA 50 EX gasoline column powered by a standard 220-volt mains can be used as a mini gas station for refueling equipment of various purposes, special equipment and vehicles. It is also used for pumping gasoline, diesel fuel and kerosene.
It is characterized by low power consumption (180 W) with a sufficiently high performance (50 l/min). To avoid breakage, it is recommended to operate the unit continuously for a maximum of 30 minutes.
The main components of this fuel dispensing module are:
- A self-priming electric pump with adjustable vanes, mounted together with the engine in a cast-iron explosion-proof housing with anti-corrosion protection. Equipped with a switch, built-in 350 micron filter. A built-in bypass valve provides internal fuel circulation when the dispensing valve is closed for a short time (max.3 min.). The pump is capable of providing a suction height of up to 3 m and a head at the outlet of up to 10 m.
- Mechanical flow meter MG-80AV in a housing made of aluminum and high-quality plastic with a fireproof measuring chamber. It has two scales: single or daily fuel delivery volume (resettable 3-digit) and total volume (non-resettable 6-digit). Provides sufficiently accurate accounting (error - 1%).
Please note: suction and dispensing hoses, as well as a fuel pistol, are not included in the basic package and are purchased separately for an additional fee.
Advantages of this complex
- presence of thermal protection, protecting the refueling unit from overheating;
- flange and threaded connections, facilitating the installation of the unit and the installation of hoses;
- possibility of operation at any time of the year and in various climatic zones;
- increased reliability and a long service life guaranteed by the manufacturer.
Application area
This gasoline column is perfectly suited for non-commercial use in practically any production facilities where there is a possibility of connection to a grounded electrical network. These include: construction sites, car repair shops, fuel and lubricant warehouses, utilities and many others.
