Description
The SA 50 Ex mobile pumping unit for 220 Volts + panel performs the function of a mini fuel station and is designed for pumping gasoline, diesel fuel and other liquid hydrocarbons, as well as for non-commercial refueling of virtually any equipment and various machinery at a rate of 40-50 l/min.
Thanks to a suction height of up to 5 m, this gasoline column can draw fuel from sufficiently deep tanks. Driven by an AC motor mounted in the same housing as the pump. Connects to a standard 220V power grid.
The complex includes three components:
- Self-priming Iron 50 Ex pump for 220V with self-regulating blades in an explosion-proof metal housing with a bypass. Equipped with a switch and thermal protection device.
- Mechanical flow meter MG-80V with Viton gaskets. It has two scales, the upper, resettable one shows the volume of fuel dispensed per refueling, and the lower one is cumulative and displays the total consumption.
- A metal panel coated with bright epoxy paint for mounting all working units of the module. Allows mounting the refueling complex on a wall or any other vertical surface.
Important - hoses and dispensing tap are purchased separately.
Main advantages
- the presence of a mounting panel simplifies transportation and installation of the refueling module;
- the flow meter allows for quite accurate accounting of the dispensed fuel;
- threaded connections provide the possibility of quick connection of suction and dispensing hoses.
Where it can be used
This gasoline column has virtually unlimited scope of application. The only requirement is access to the power grid. It is well suited for working at gas stations, in garages, at construction sites, in auto repair shops and in many other industrial and agricultural facilities.
