Description
The SA 50 Ex 24 V mobile petrol filling station is a mini petrol station and can be used to refuel any equipment, including aviation equipment, and to pump petrol, diesel fuel and other types of liquid fuel from containers and tanks at a rate of up to 50 l/min.
It provides a suction height of 3 m and a head of at least 10 m. The drive is provided by a 24 volt DC electric motor installed in the pump housing and capable of operating without interruption for a maximum of 30 minutes.
The filling station includes two main components:
- a self-priming Ex 50 24V vane pump in a metal explosion-proof housing with a bypass valve, providing intra-system fuel circulation. The bypass valve prevents equipment failure when the engine is operating with the dispensing gun blocked. The pump has a mechanical filter at the inlet, a switch and a thermal protection device;
- a mechanical flow meter MG-80V in a housing made of polyamide and fiberglass with a fire-resistant measuring chamber with a floating disc. Equipped with two measuring devices for recording single (3 digits) and cumulative (6 digits) flow.
Important to note that the suction and delivery hoses and the fuel gun are not included in the basic package. They are purchased separately.
