Description
Mobile gasoline fuel pump with mounting panel SA 50 Ex 24 Volt + panel, used as a mini fuel-transfer unit for pumping diesel fuel, gasoline, kerosene and other liquid fuels from various containers and tanks at a rate of 50 l/min, as well as for refueling any equipment and machinery, including aviation.
The design features of the pump do not allow it to be operated continuously for more than 30 minutes, after which it should be switched off until completely cooled. The drive is a DC motor installed in the pump housing and powered by a 24-volt battery.
Basic set of delivery of the refueling module:
- Explosion-proof vane electric pump Iron 50 Ex 24 Volt, with self-regulating vanes. Equipped with a thermal protection device, a bypass valve and a switch.
- Mechanical meter with heat-resistant measuring chamber in a high-strength plastic housing. Two scales allow accounting for both single and total fuel consumption.
- Metal mounting panel coated with epoxy paint. Designed for installation of all pump units. Provides mobility of the complex and the possibility of its installation on any vertical surface.
Please note! Hoses and dispensing gun are not included in the basic set of delivery. They are purchased separately or together with the pump for an additional fee.
Main advantages
- No restrictions on installation location and ease of installation.
- Possibility of year-round operation in any climatic zones.
- Independence from the power grid.
- Increased wear resistance and reliability of design.
Where can this refueling unit be used
Thanks to a wide range of operating temperatures and complete energy independence, this gasoline pump can be used to organize convenient refueling at any production site both in the conditions of the far north and in areas where a hot climate prevails. It will be very useful for working in the field, for example, on agricultural land or logging.
