Description
The Gespasa SAG 90 24V fuel dispensing unit, designed for diesel fuel, is manufactured by the well-known Spanish company Gespasa, which received ISO 9001: 2000 certification in 2002.
This diesel fuel pump, when powered from a 24V source, provides a high flow rate of 80 l/min. The absence of restrictions on continuous operating time allows for refueling a large number of vehicles or stationary equipment per shift.
Application area
It is recommended to use a pump of this model for refueling diesel equipment with a 24-volt on-board network voltage. The compact size and low weight of the module, combined with high performance and ease of installation in a suitable location, make it an ideal solution for an enterprise wishing to organize a mobile refueling point. At the same time, even a simple barrel can serve as a fuel tank.
Completeness
The standard package of the fuel dispensing column includes:
- self-priming vane pump with bypass valve;
- DC motor developing 1500 rpm;
- mechanical meter with a coarse filter installed at the inlet.
Inlet and outlet openings are 1 inch in diameter. This diesel fuel pump can be installed in an existing pipeline. To create a new one, you will need to purchase additional:
- suction hose (length to order);
- pressure hose (from 4 meters);
- fueling gun;
- fine filter (recommended).
For convenient accounting, the meter is equipped with a dual digital display:
- The upper, resettable scale shows a single dispensing of fuel up to 999 liters.
- The lower, six-digit scale reflects information about the total amount of diesel pumped (up to 999999 liters).
For internal accounting purposes, the permissible measurement error is 1%, which corresponds to the parameters set by the manufacturer.
