Description
The Giuliani Anello 70302/01P liquid fuel filter, art: 001.0055.004 is equipped with a transparent bowl, which facilitates control over the degree of contamination. It removes particles of debris, sand, rust from the passing fuel flow, preventing them from entering the fuel line. It is used in the operation of industrial fuel oil installations with a working medium pressure of up to 2 bar.

The liquid fuel filter consists of:
- a high-strength transparent plastic bowl;
- a cast aluminum cover with Rp 1/2" threaded holes for mounting in the system;
- a filter element made of stainless steel (corrugated mesh);
- a ring seal made of butadiene-nitrile rubber for a tight fit of the cover to the bowl.
It is possible to equip with a viton sealing gasket for working with biodiesel (upon separate request).
The filter has holes for draining sediment, releasing gases.
Features
The filter is designed for a maximum pressure of 2 bar. The use of higher pressures is allowed after testing the filter under pressure exceeding the working pressure by at least 50%.
The design with a plastic bowl is suitable for operation at temperatures up to +50 ºС.
The filter can be placed in any orientation, but it is preferable with a vertically positioned bowl, directed downwards to simplify the separation of sediment and draining of sediment.
Filter maintenance
The Giuliani Anello fuel filter must be regularly cleaned of deposits. Transparent bowl walls simplify the control of the filter condition. To remove dirt, it is necessary to unscrew the drain plug located under the bowl. Also, the bowl and filter mesh are washed.
