The Giuliani Anello 70303/01A liquid fuel filter, art: 001.0050.004 removes foreign impurities from the fuel, preventing premature wear and malfunction of the heating unit. It is built into industrial liquid fuel combustion systems with a pressure of up to 2 bar. The cast metal construction with a serviceable steel filter mesh is designed for many years of service.

The Giuliani Anello filter consists of die-cast aluminum body and cover, ensuring reliable operation, resistance to high pressure and temperatures. Threaded Rp 1/4" connections are provided at the inlet and outlet of the head for mounting in the system. The filter element is made of stainless steel mesh. The corrugated insert increases the filtration area.
The metal construction is designed to operate at ambient temperatures up to +90 ºС. A rubber ring gasket is used to seal the connection between the cover and the body, which can be replaced with a Viton seal for systems operating on biodiesel.
Installation and maintenance
Giuliani Anello liquid fuel filters are suitable for installation in any position. The manufacturer recommends vertical placement, with the body facing downwards to facilitate the separation of sediment and deposits. During installation, the arrow on the filter body must align with the direction of fuel flow.
The filter requires periodic cleaning of contaminants. In models with a drain plug, sediment removal is simplified and does not require disassembly of the structure. For thorough cleaning, it is necessary to unscrew the body and flush the filter cavity and filter element.
