Description
The Giuliani Anello 70313/01A fuel filter, art: 001.0070.004 provides effective flow filtration in systems with a working medium pressure of up to 2 bar. It protects equipment from interruptions and damage by preventing abrasive particles and impurities from passing through. Due to its all-metal construction, it can be operated in temperatures up to +90ºС.
More about the filter
The Giuliani Anello filter is equipped with a cast aluminum body and a lid with an Rp 1/4" thread for connection to the fuel line. Inside there is a serviceable filter element made of stainless steel mesh with a cleaning area of 185 cm². The filter retains coarse particles of sand, rust, debris and other foreign impurities.
The metal construction is suitable for operation at temperatures up to +90 ºС. The filter is equipped with butadiene-nitrile rubber seals, which can be replaced by a Viton sealing gasket for use in biodiesel systems at the customer's request (upon separate request).
Filter installation and maintenance
Any position of the Giuliani Anello fuel filter is possible in the system, but a vertical arrangement of the flask (pointing downwards) is preferable to facilitate the separation of water and filtered deposits. When installing the filter, it is necessary to direct the arrow on the body in the direction of the fuel flow.
Regularly, it is required to clean the filtering mesh insert from contaminants (wash and dry the flasks and cartridge).
