Description
The Giuliani Anello 70313/01P liquid fuel filter, art: 001.0071.004 is designed for equipping industrial fuel combustion systems with a pressure of no more than 2 bar. It is equipped with a serviceable filtering element made of metal corrugated mesh, which retains coarse particles and impurities. A transparent acrylic bulb allows you to observe the degree of filter contamination for timely cleaning.
Main structural elements
The Giuliani Anello 70313/01P filter consists of:
- a plastic body with transparent walls;
- a cover made of an aluminum alloy with threaded inlet and outlet Rp 1/4" for mounting in the system;
- a corrugated filter element made of stainless steel mesh with a cleaning area of 185 cm²;
- a rubber seal (NBR rubber).
An additional mounting bracket is available separately.
Modifications of the filter with a Viton seal are provided for working with biodiesel (upon request).
Features
The transparent acrylic body allows visual control of the filter condition. For filters with a polymer bowl, the operating temperature is limited to +50 ºС.
The fuel filter can be used in installations with a fuel pressure of up to 2 bar. Use for systems with higher pressure is permissible based on the results of tests under pressure exceeding the working pressure by 50% or more.
The filter is mounted in any position. It is preferable to install the filter with a vertical bulb (located at the bottom), which simplifies the separation of sediment and the cleaning process. When fixing the filter, the arrow on the body must be aligned with the direction of flow.
Place of application
The Giuliani Anello 70313 filter is used for assembling equipment operating on diesel and fuel oil. Prevents the ingress of sand, rust, scale, debris, and impurities.
