Description
The Giuliani Anello 70313/03P liquid fuel filter, art: 001.0071.005 is designed for installation in industrial plants with liquid fuel pressure up to 2 bar. It retains abrasive particles, preventing damage and disruptions in the operation of the combustion equipment. A flask with transparent walls allows you to observe the degree of filter contamination.
Composition and materials of the filter
The Giuliani Anello filter consists of:
- a plastic flask with transparent walls;
- a cast aluminum lid with Rp 1/4" threaded holes for connection to the pipeline;
- a corrugated filter element made of galvanized stainless steel;
- a seal made of butadiene-nitrile rubber.
A version with a Viton seal is available for equipping systems operating on biodiesel (upon request).
Features
The fuel filter is designed for a maximum fuel pressure of 2 bar. It can be used for systems with higher working pressure after conducting pressure tests exceeding the working pressure by 50% or more.
The flask made of transparent acrylic simplifies the control of the bowl contents and the state of the filter element inside it. For filter models with a plastic body, the operating temperature is limited to +50 ºС.
The filter is installed taking into account the arrow on the body, which indicates the direction of flow. Any position is allowed. It is recommended to install it vertically with the flask pointing downwards to facilitate the separation of sediment and cleaning from contamination.
Application
The Giuliani Anello 70313 filter is designed for equipping diesel and fuel oil plants. It effectively cleans the flow from sand, rust, metal scale, debris and other inclusions.
