Description
The Giuliani Anello 70351/006A liquid fuel filter is used in industrial diesel fuel combustion systems with a pressure of up to 2 bar. It cleans the passing flow from solid particles that can cause equipment malfunctions. The cast construction with a steel filter insert is designed for many years of service.

The Giuliani Anello filter is distinguished by its high-quality workmanship, designed for high pressure (maximum value of 2 bar) and contact with liquid fuel. The cover is cast from an aluminum alloy. Rp 3/8" threaded connections are provided at the inlet and outlet for quick and reliable installation in the system. The filter is designed for 2-pipe connection. A check valve is installed on the return line to prevent the pipeline from emptying if the filter is installed above the fuel tank.
The filter element is made of corrugated stainless steel mesh, which provides an increased filtration area and longer intervals between maintenance. The mesh retains sand, rust, metal scale and other solid contaminants of 60 microns or more.
The metal construction of aluminum and steel can be operated in ambient temperatures up to +90 ºС. The filter is equipped with an NBR rubber seal and can be equipped with a Viton sealing gasket on request for safe operation with biodiesel.
Filter installation and maintenance
The filter is installed in any position, but preferably vertically, with the bowl at the bottom to facilitate separation of sediment. When installing in the pipeline, the arrow on the housing must be directed in the direction of fuel flow.
The filter is periodically serviced, for which the drain plug located under the bowl (if available) is unscrewed. More thorough cleaning involves washing the cartridge and blowing it with compressed air.
