Description
The Giuliani Anello 70351/01A liquid fuel filter, art: 001.0060.004 is designed to protect combustion equipment from coarse particles contained in the fuel. It retains sand, rust, metal scale and other solid contaminants of 60 microns or more. The cast alloy construction is designed for high pressure and loads.

The Giuliani Anello filter is used in two-pipe systems. Threaded Rp 3/8" connections are provided at the inlet and outlet for integration into the system. The cover is made of aluminum alloy. There are holes for attaching a bracket/mount. A check valve is mounted on the return line to prevent emptying of the fuel line when the 70351/01A filter is placed above the fuel tank.
The filter is equipped with a corrugated filter element made of stainless steel mesh. Due to the folding of the filter element into small pleats, the filtration area is increased, and the maintenance interval is increased.
The use of aluminum and steel allows the filter to be operated in temperatures up to +90ºС. The high-strength design is designed for liquid fuel pressure up to 2 bar. The filter is completed with an NBR rubber seal and can be equipped with a Viton sealing gasket for use with biodiesel.
Installation and maintenance of the filter
When installing the filter, the arrow on the body must be aligned with the direction of fuel flow. The position in the system can be any, but the manufacturer recommends installing the filter vertically, with the bowl down, to facilitate the separation of sediment and deposits.
To clean the filter from dirt, the drain plug located under the bowl (if available) is unscrewed. Thorough cleaning requires unscrewing the screws on the cover, removing the bowl and carefully rinsing, and then blowing the cartridge from the inside with compressed air.
