Description
The Giuliani Anello 70501/01 liquid fuel filter, art: 001.0140.003 prevents solid particles from entering the fuel line. Due to its high-strength cast construction and steel filter element, it can be used in industrial installations with a fuel pressure of up to 2 bar.
Application
The Giuliani Anello filter is used to purify diesel fuel and fuel oil from contaminants. Upon request, it can be supplied in an execution for biodiesel.
More about the filter
The Giuliani Anello filter is equipped with a durable, corrosion-resistant construction with a serviceable filter element. The pressure-cast housing is designed for industrial operating conditions and intensive use. The filter consists of a bowl and a cover with connections (Rp 1" internal thread) for integration into the system. Inside there is a filter insert made of stainless steel with a large cleaning area of 820 cm². The filter does not allow sand, rust, debris and foreign impurities into the system.
The liquid fuel filter is designed for operation at temperatures up to +90 ºС. Equipped with wear-resistant NBR rubber seals, which can be replaced with a Viton sealing gasket for use with biodiesel (upon request).
Additionally, the filter can be equipped with an electric heater and a temperature control device to reduce the viscosity of diesel fuel and fuel oil during periods of equipment downtime. Due to heating, the paraffin contained in the fuel does not solidify on the mesh, which facilitates easy burner start-up.
Position in the system
The filter can be placed in any position. Vertical placement of the bowl (directing downwards) is preferable to simplify the removal of sediment and dirt.

Maintenance
The filter element must be regularly cleaned of contaminants and sediment by washing and blowing compressed air through the cartridge from the inside.
