Description
The Giuliani Anello 70503/006 liquid fuel filter, article number: art: 001.0142.002, removes coarse particles from the flow that can clog the fuel line and reduce spray quality. The pressure-cast aluminum housing is designed for industrial conditions and high loads. The filter is suitable for equipping installations with a fuel pressure of up to 2 bar.

The Giuliani Anello filter is used in diesel and fuel oil combustion systems. On request, it is available in a version for biodiesel.

The Giuliani Anello filter is distinguished by its high strength. It is cast from a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy. It consists of a bowl and a lid with Rp 1 ½" threaded openings for connection to the fuel line. Inside there is a filter element made of stainless steel with an increased filtration area of 820 cm² and a cleaning capacity of 60 microns. The filter retains particles of sand, rust, scale and other coarse inclusions.
The aluminum and steel construction is suitable for operation at temperatures up to +90 ºС. The seals are made of wear-resistant NBR rubber, which can be replaced with a Viton sealing gasket for use with biodiesel on request.
The filter can be equipped with fuel heating and temperature control devices to maintain the optimal viscosity of diesel and fuel oil during periods of equipment downtime. Due to heating, the paraffin contained in the fuel does not solidify on the filter insert, which facilitates the burner ignition process.

Installation in the system
The filter can be mounted in any position. The manufacturer recommends placing the filter vertically with the bowl down. When installing the filter, align the arrow on the housing with the direction of fuel flow. The filter must be periodically cleaned of sediment and contaminants.
