Description
The Giuliani Anello 70504/006 liquid fuel filter, art: 001.0143.002, is used to purify diesel fuel and fuel oil from coarse mechanical particles and impurities. The cast construction with a steel filter mesh is designed for intensive industrial operation and a flow pressure of up to 2 bar.

The body and cover of the Giuliani Anello filter are cast from a high-strength aluminum alloy resistant to corrosion and loads. Rp 2" threaded connections are provided at the inlet and outlet for attachment to the fuel line. The filter element made of stainless steel mesh has an increased filtration area due to corrugated stacking. The mesh does not allow particles of sand, rust, metal scale and other solid contaminants of size from 60 microns to pass through.
The aluminum and steel construction is designed for operation at temperatures up to +90 ºС. NBR rubber is used as a sealing material, which can be replaced with a Viton sealing gasket for biodiesel upon request.
The filter can be supplied with an electric heater and a temperature control device to liquefy diesel fuel and fuel oil during equipment downtime. Due to heating, the paraffin contained in the fuel does not solidify on the filter mesh, which contributes to the reliable ignition of the burner.

Filter installation and maintenance
The filter can be installed in any position, but vertical placement with the flask at the bottom is preferred. It is necessary to regularly remove sediment and flush the filter from dirt.
