Giuliani Anello 70640F/6B gas filter

The Giuliani Anello 70640F/6B gas filter, art: 007.0054.100 cleans gas from foreign impurities and particles. It provides protection of equipment located on the gas line from damage and wear. It is used in industrial installations with a gas pressure of up to 6 bar.

Design and features

The gas filter consists of:

• die-cast aluminum body with flanged connections;
• aluminum cover;
• nipples for measuring gas pressure;
• filter element with two panels of vilidon with a filtration capacity of 50 microns;
• rubber O-ring made of butadiene-nitrile rubber for a hermetic connection of the cover.

Features

• The vilidon material used for the filter element is characterized by a long service life and significant dust absorption.
• The mechanical strength of the filter complies with the UNI-EN161 standard (group 2).
• The filter is installed using DN 100 flanges.
• Operating temperatures (ambient air): -10...+80 ºC.

Application

The gas filter is used to clean natural gas (group H-methane), city (domestic) gas, liquefied gas (LPG) and non-aggressive gases. It removes resinous substances, metal scale, rust and other solid particles from the flow.
