Description
The Giuliani Anello FGD50 gas pressure regulator, art: 009.0025.101 is used to safely reduce the inlet pressure and automatically maintain it at a set level, taking into account the spring setting, regardless of changes in the main line pressure. It is used in industrial gas equipment with a pressure of up to 0.2 bar. Complies with European standard EN 88-1.
Application
The Giuliani Anello FGD50 regulator is suitable for equipping gas equipment that burns natural gas, town gas, liquefied gas and other non-aggressive gases. It is used for efficient gas regulation in the operation of automatic gas/combined burners, gas distribution units.
Main parameters and features:
- equipped with a neutral spring with a working range (P2) of 10-35 mbar;
- inlet gas pressure: P2 + 5 mbar…200 mbar;
- compliance with class A gr. 2 according to European standard EN88-1 (not tested for shut-off);
- mounting in a gas line on a Rp 2" thread;
- mechanical strength according to European standard EN 13611;
- permissible ambient temperatures: -15...+60 °C;
- for horizontal installation.
Design and комплектация
The FGD pressure regulator is assembled in a high-strength housing with a removable cover made of cast corrosion-resistant aluminum. Internal parts are made of aluminum, steel, brass and polymeric materials. The flow passes through a built-in inlet filter, which provides additional protection for diaphragms and seals from damage by solid particles.
The regulator is completed with three diaphragms and sealing seals made of NBR rubber. The compensating membrane stabilizes the inlet pressure, the working membrane provides the outlet pressure taking into account the spring setting, and the safety membrane contributes to sufficient tightness of the gas line in case of damage to the working membrane (leakage not more than 70 dm3/h), does not require installation of a pipe for gas drainage. The regulator is equipped with fittings for monitoring the inlet and outlet pressure.
FGD pressure regulators do not require additional maintenance during operation, except for filter cleaning and pressure control. Membrane replacement is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Installation and adjustment of the regulator
The regulator must be placed only on a horizontal gas line. Threaded flanges are used for fastening. For correct installation, the arrow on the housing must be aligned with the direction of gas flow.
A regulating screw is provided for setting the working parameters (turning clockwise increases the pressure, counterclockwise – decreases it). Access to the settings is from above (under the removable cover). The operations must be performed by a qualified specialist.
