Description
The Giuliani Anello FGDR50/40 gas pressure regulator, art: 009.0234.101 is used to automatically reduce and maintain gas pressure at a set level in accordance with the spring setting. It is used in industrial gas combustion systems. Complies with the European standard EN 88-1.
Application
The regulator is built into gas equipment consuming natural, city, liquefied gas or other neutral gases. It is part of systems with automatic burners (gas, gas/liquid fuel), gas distribution units.
Main parameters and features:
- input gas pressure: P2 (working range) + 30 mbar….500 mbar;
- equipped with a neutral spring, setting the output pressure within: 10-25 mbar;
- compliance with class A gr. 2 according to European standard EN88-1;
- threaded connection method, hole size Rp 2";
- mechanical strength according to European standard EN 13611;
- operating temperature range: -15...+60 °C;
- installation in the system: horizontal diaphragm arrangement.
Design and комплектация
The FGDR pressure regulator is equipped with a corrosion-resistant body with a removable cover, die-cast from an aluminum alloy. Internal parts are made of aluminum, steel, brass and synthetic materials. The incoming flow passes through a built-in filter, cleaning it from contaminants.
The regulator includes compensating, safety, working membranes and sealing gaskets made of NBR rubber. Due to the built-in safety membrane, there is no need to install a pipe for gas drainage, sufficient tightness of the gas pipeline is ensured in case of damage to the working membrane (with a leak rate of no more than 70 dm3/h).
The regulator is equipped with fittings for measuring input and output pressure. An adjusting screw is provided for setting the output parameters. Access to the adjustment unit is from above.
FGDR regulators do not require maintenance. The filter installed at the inlet must be periodically cleaned from contaminants.
Installation requirements
The regulator is installed with a horizontally positioned membrane using threaded flanges. The arrow on the body must be aligned with the direction of gas flow. All installation and adjustment operations are performed by a qualified specialist.
