Description
The Honeywell VR420VE50191000 gas electromagnetic valve is a combined device designed for gas supply control and regulation systems to the burner. Provides quick and reliable shut-off of the flow for safe operation of gas equipment. Complies with class A according to EN161 standard.
Valve features
Honeywell VR420 consists of two fast-closing and fast-opening shut-off solenoid valves in one housing and a pressure regulator. A stainless steel mesh filter with 0.34 mm openings is mounted between the inlet flange and the housing to clean the gas from impurities. The removable filter design simplifies the removal of contaminants.
The housing of the combined device is made of cast aluminum, the working spring is made of stainless steel, and the plunger is coated with Fe 360. Hydrocarbon-resistant gaskets and seals are made of NBR rubber or Viton.
The housing provides places for measuring inlet/outlet pressure, if they are not occupied by other devices (relays, additional valves). It is possible to connect input/intermediate pressure relays, valve leak tightness control system + relay. Auxiliary devices allow expanding the functionality of Honeywell VR420 and can be mounted in any position relative to the housing.
