The high-performance oil pump for hp-Technik UHE-A2-PZ-I-4-20 burner, art: 0130542 is used in systems with a flow rate of up to 500 l/h. It pumps diesel, fuel oil and other types of liquid fuel at a pressure of 15-40 bar. The equipment is designed for high-intensity operation and industrial use.
Design and features
- The UHE series pump is supplied with a built-in bypass valve, bypass connection and a hermetic shaft seal. Made of reliable materials: cast iron, steel, resistant to high temperatures, corrosion and wear.
- The working unit of the pump is a gear pair. When the gear device rotates, fuel is sucked from the tank and moved to the nozzle line. A fuel filter in the suction line will help protect the gears from jamming and premature failure.
- The pump is reliably assembled, which eliminates noise and vibration during operation and contributes to long service life. Hermetic shaft insulation is implemented with a mechanical seal. The fuel suction and return lines are connected using a 1/2 inch diameter thread.
- Control and measuring instruments are used to control pressure and vacuum parameters, connected through ports with a diameter of 1/4 inch.
